We are looking for passionate, high-potential interns to push the boundaries of AI in HRTech. You will work directly on our core stack to improve search relevance, model orchestration, and automated agent workflows. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge LLMs and see your code deployed in real-world scenarios.
Must-Have Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Practical experience working with LLMs (e.g., Llama, GPT, or similar via APIs or Hugging Face).
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector databases.
- Familiarity with neural search techniques (semantic search, embeddings).
- Ability to read and implement research papers/AI technical documentation.
